- Learning & Performance Training Senior Associate – Team Horizon
Team Horizon currently has an exciting opening for a Learning & Performance Training Senior Associate (12-month contract) for our client who are a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be supporting the training managers as they work with their client groups to apply needs analysis practices to identify solutions that support business needs. You will be joining the HR Department and will be supporting the company’s Dublin office.

What you will be doing:
· Identifying training needs and supporting the design, development and implementation of training solutions
· Working with the training manager to support internal clients in the management of their training assignments and ensuring training materials are integrated with the client’s Learning Management System (LMS) per defined business processes as well as delivering training on the LMS
· Coordinating the New Hire Orientation program including annual schedule, NHO timetable, collecting and (where applicable) actioning feedback, liaising with managers, service providers and Talent Acquisition
· Assesses the developmental course requirements of staff and accordingly coordinating the Development program sessions on site
· Supporting L&P Business Partners with Online training requests, Training Impact Assessments and ad-hoc queries
· Serving as Business Partner for clients as required
· Serving as client’s point of contact for training queries
· Managing site GMP and EHS training metrics and reports on compliance/safety gaps
· Managing assigned projects
· Writing and modifying instructional and training materials as required and ensuring that training materials are integrated with the client’s LMS and are assigned per defined business processes
What you need to apply:
· Bachelor’s Degree or comparable professional qualification with experience in GMP Training Processes, Human Performance, Life Sciences, or Business
· Experience with learning management or training systems (e.g. SumTotal, ISOtrain) is desirable
· Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and curriculum development
· Experience in project management (managing projects, defining scope, tracking milestones)
· Effective communication and writing skills
· Ability to work with staff across multiple levels of an organization
Fluent in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
