Our client has an exciting opportunity for a qualified business professional with significant project management experience. The new Change Manager will join a dynamic and diverse Project management team on a contract basis in Westport, Co. Mayo. This is a mid-level role covering documentation, analysis, process mapping and project management.

What you will bedoing:- Maintaining documentation to track and report out on status.
- Developing risk mitigations and escalations to make sure deadlines are met.
- Meeting deadlines with precise and complete responses.
- Implementing successfully with minimal impact to daily operations.
- Project managing activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Gauging and documenting the impact of process and organization changes resulting from transitions.
- Process map “before” and “after” process and business flows to support impact gauging.
- Coordinating and validating process changes across functions.
- Supporting design and/or design review of “to be” processes.
- Analyzing Master Data and providing mapping/summary.
- Helping the team with process mapping and documentation
- Co-create, plan and provide basic user training
What you need to apply:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business or similar.
- Substantial Project Management experience
- Previous experience in Manufacturing/Logistics, Customer Service, Planning/Buying or a Shared Services environment
- SAP Professional with cross-functional implementation experience OR Lean Professional with noteworthy experience of documenting “as is” and “to be” processes and managing transition.
- Great Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Quality systems and requirements.
