Team Horizon is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to Serve as the dedicated site transformation resource responsible for deploying the program at assigned manufacturing sites.
You will Guide the site team through the full transition to the new Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working and bridge the gap between the central deployment program and the site, translating strategic transformation objectives into practical, site-level outcomes

What you will be doing:
- Manage Own the end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites.
- Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against the target state.
- Develop and execute site-specific deployment and change management plans.
- Deliver training and capability-building sessions for site supply planning teams.
- Track and report site progress against deployment milestones and KPIs to the Deployment Lead.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Embed new ways of working, processes, and tools at site level to ensure lasting change.
- Capture and share site learnings to support continuous improvement of the overall deployment approach.
- Ensure the site is fully prepared for post-deployment sustainability and hypercare exit.
What you need to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required). Master's degree or professional specialization in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of operating model design and transformation program delivery.
- Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive pragmatic solutions.
- Comfortable working independently at site level with minimal supervision.
- Practical knowledge of SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning tools (desirable).
- Change management knowledge or certification (desirable).
