What you will be doing:
Providing input to the creative process including mood boards and photographic briefs
Creating and delivering creative concepts.
Presenting finalised ideas to senior management team.
Producing and maintaining the brand identity and brand guidelines, ideally through 3D Render creation.
Creating artwork for new product launches for owned and partner brands.
Producing marketing materials such as booklets, seeding boxes, flyers for PR / influencer outreach.
Digitally designing across site, banners, emails, and landing pages for all campaigns and managing onsite content in line with brand guidelines.
Delivering creative visual assets, digital static and some motion design.
Designing captivating social layouts to support social messaging.
Design ideation and development of all projects
Presenting design evolution and ideation of projects with Marketing / NPD team
Collaborating with internal departments and cross functional teams – marketing, commercial, NPD and packaging
Developing design and strategic skills
Taking part in regular meetings (1:1, design reviews, production) and informing managers of status updates.
Acting as a great example to junior team members
What you need to apply:
Qualification in graphic design
3-5 years’ experience in the field, preferably in the beauty, fashion or FMCG sector
Significant experience with branding, packaging, digital and print campaign collateral.
Skilled in design packages: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Brilliant typography/design skills
Great communication and presentation skills.
Understands the fundamentals of packaging, regulations and labels.
Great eye for typography
Extremely organised
Manages own projects from conception through to completion.
Expert in print, with some experience in digital
Keeps up-to-date with current beauty and fashion trends
