What you will be doing:



  • The Operations Director is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of industrial services operations across multiple client sites.

  • The role provides strategic and operational leadership to field teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with company, client and regulatory requirements.

  • The position acts as the key link between senior leadership, clients and operational teams, driving performance, operational excellence, safety culture and continuous improvement across the business.

  • The successful candidate will be a visible operational leader who combines strong commercial awareness with a relentless focus on safety, people and delivery.

  • They will build high-performing teams, foster strong client relationships and drive operational excellence across the business.

What you need to apply:



  • Significant operational leadership experience within industrial services, scaffolding, construction, engineering, utilities or a related environment. 

  • Experience managing large operational teams across multiple locations. 

  • Proven track record of delivering operational and commercial performance. 

  • Strong client and stakeholder management experience. 

  • Experience leading safety-focused organisations. 

  • Budget and P&L responsibility experience. 

  • Health & Safety qualification. 

  • Full driving licence.
