Communication Manager


 Team Horizon is seeking a Communication Manager in Dublin. The Communications Manager will support communications, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, and training for a redevelopment programme. Working with the PMO and programme leads, the role ensures stakeholders receive clear, timely communications and are prepared for organisational and operational changes.

What you will be doing:



  • Develop and deliver internal and external communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.

  • Prepare communication materials, briefings, reports, media responses, and public information.

  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and change communications across the programme.

  • Manage media relations, political briefings, public affairs, and crisis communications.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, government bodies, healthcare leaders, and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor emerging issues and provide strategic communications advice to senior leadership.

  • Support programme governance by coordinating meetings, communications, and reporting.Adequately identifies, assesses, manages, and monitors risk within their area of responsibility.


What you need to apply:



  • QQI Level 8 qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or Surveying.

  • Experience delivering communications strategies in healthcare, construction, or a similar environment.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, media relations, campaign management, and content development experience.

  • Excellent communication, writing, organisational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead change communications, and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
