Team Horizon is seeking a Project Manager (AI Deployment Manager) for a our client based in Dublin. We are seeking an AI Deployment Manager (Content Development) to drive the deployment of AI-enabled solutions across Centralized Content projects. The role will focus on improving content creation, content reuse and localisation through the evaluation, design and implementation of AI-enabled tools and workflows.

What you will be doing:
- Manage the pilot of generative AI solutions for creating first drafts of strategic story decks, congress updates and other priority content.
- Assess suitable tools, define priority use cases and evaluate opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of content development.
- Develop a modular content plan and reusable content architecture for content, claims and approved content blocks.
- Define tagging, maintenance and reuse principles to enable faster adaptation of approved content across markets and channels.
- Define and test an AI-enabled localisation solution for approved GSL materials following Velocity implementation.
- Assess AI-supported translation capabilities and improve the findability of approved source materials, including through ARI.
- Collaborate with the Centralized Content team and relevant stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with governance and approval workflows.
- Document findings, recommendations and implementation requirements, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve content supply chain efficiency through automation, standardisation and responsible use of AI.
What you need to apply:
- Experience in content operations, content supply chain, digital transformation or AI-enabled workflow implementation.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI, automation or generative AI solutions.
- Understanding of content modularisation, content reuse and localisation processes.
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of regulated content, scientific communications and approval workflows would be an advantage.
