Lisa is a CIPD member, with a BA in HRM and is also graduate of Hospitality Management from DIT. An experienced senior manager with over ten years’ experience in business management in service industries, Lisa has the ability to work with clients and key stakeholders at a national and international level. Passionate about finding new ways to source talent, buiding teams, and the psychology around recruitment.

She joined Team Horizon in 2015 and now holds the position of Director of Operations.

In her spare time she is a seventies rock fan, with an interest in crypto currency. Serial multitasker but trying to cut down on that. If she's not reading a good crime thriller, then you'll find her watching one on tv!
