Team Horizon is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (initial 12-month contract) to be part of our client’s team who are a global, research-based biopharmaceutical company that combines the focus and passion of leading-edge biotech with the expertise and capability of an established pharmaceutical leader. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for all Supply Chain Operations business intelligence (BI) monitoring and reporting.

What you will be doing:


  • Work to build & deliver full transparency on all key performance activities, trending information and business insights from data gathered from the client’s Supply Chain systems and external data sources, in order to enable best possible decision making for the SC Ops teams. 


  • This role requires strong relationships with Customer Operations, Distribution Management and SC Ops functions to ensure seamless reporting of business intelligence reporting. Accountable for the accurate and timely publication of key performance indicators.


  • Ensure the highest levels of compliance and efficiency with all tasks within the BI&Reporting, always ensuring full transparency and timing event reporting as it relates to achieving all our patients are treated on time every time.


  • Develop Business Intelligence Monitoring and Reporting that supports all Supply Chain Ops functions.


  • Leverage best-in-class BI and reporting methodology and publication.


  • Work closely with Customer Operations, Distribution Management and Planning leads to standardized timely flow of data requirement for key performance publication.


  • Where appropriate, use technology to publish Patient Group BI & Reporting (e.g. live screens) plus self-service BI reporting (Qlik).


  • Interpret business data and identify both positive and negative trends that may impact the customer/patient experience. (SAP, CRM tools, external data sources).


  • Ensure full KPI and Reporting demand is met 100% of the time.


  • Drive the necessary processes to ensure 100% compliance with data governance.


  • Advise and define optimal solutions for BI Monitoring and Reporting.


  • As a member of the SC Operations, determine how to leverage key organizational capabilities to implement and execute critical, long-term strategies and objectives to ensure the optimization of standardization of best practices.


  • Lead BI projects and initiative’s.


  • Demonstrate the ability to support complex and innovative cross-functional change.


  • Develop close working relationships at all appropriate levels of the Supply Chain Operations & company Operations.


  • Ensure operational readiness, and provide ongoing training for growth and development for users of BI toolsets.


  • Monitor programs and procedures to ensure accurate and timely capture of BI.


  • Drive the necessary actions to support successful launch of new products, line or market extensions.


  • Ensure the necessary processes to ensure 100% compliance with all regulations GxP, Financial, Regulatory etc


 

What you need to apply:


  • 3+ years of proven BI management and/or analytical function


  • Demonstrated strong analytical approach to problem solving, use of data for decision making purposes and developing key performance indicators to drive business value.


  • Demonstrated relationship management (both face-to-face and remotely).


  • 5+ years’ experience in customer operations, customer support, supply chain or business analyst role.


  • Supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be ideal.


  • Excellent understanding of local regional and international order to invoice processing and regulations for pharmaceutical products.


  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • System experience required – SAP, Microsoft suite including, Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint
