- Team Horizon is seeking an Executive Assistant for our Client based in Mayo. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support. The primary function of this role is to fulfil plant administrative duties to ensure that effective and efficient systems are in place.

What you will be doing:
Support the Site Director and Senior Management team in managing the day-to-day operations of the site.
Assist the site director in coordinating the activities of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) including scheduling and agenda management of relevant SLT meetings, collecting and distribution of SLT metrics, and management of action items and accountability.
Assist in the creation of site reports, presentations and highlights updates as required.
Participate and manage projects including working with cross functional teams.
Management of calendar for Site Director.
Schedule employee communication sessions such as the All-Employee Meeting, Operations Communications, CEO Communications.
Liaise with Ireland Communications Manager to identify social media opportunities for the site.
Organize SLT events such as off-site training and team building activities.
Lead the co-ordination and agenda of important internal and external visitors, including transport, meeting rooms, catering, and restaurant bookings.
Manage the meeting room booking system.
Schedule flights, accommodation, and car hire for SLT taking time, cost, and inconvenience into consideration.
Manage time/attendance system (Kronos) for full SLT.
Management of site stationary including order creation and payments.
Participate in Cross Functional Teams as required e.g. Site Safety
And any other duties as assigned
What you need to apply:
Minimum of 2 years of Office Experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft office and HR software required.
Fast and effective typing skills.
Good organization and communication skills
