Description


Team Horizon is seeking a NPI Senior Financial Analyst for our client who are a global biopharmaceutical client leader for their site in Mayo. In this role, from a product development financial planning perspective, you will lead the planning processes ensuring accurate and timely integration at each product development stage to ensure appropriate funding is secured and approved. You will collaborate and partner closely with the New Production Development Team to deliver the site strategy with appropriate actions necessary to deliver results within the specified areas and timeframes.

What you will be doing:




  • Providing detailed Cost of Goods for new products to be incorporated within site LRP.


  • Liaise with off-site colleagues to ensure costs are recharged appropriately.


  • Participate during internal, external and/or other audit engagements.


  • Providing accurate and timely financial information to drive good decision making (including performance assessment, financial analysis and business scenario simulations).


  • Evaluating business opportunities, risks and issues and assessing their financial implications.


  • Complete R&D credit submission.


  • Control NPI Plan and LRP financial performance.


  • Identify Finance efficiencies and project lead implementation of same and any other duties as assigned.



 

What you need to apply:




  • You will be a Qualified Accountant, with Third level qualification in business/accounting essential.


  • Experience within a global manufacturing environment or multinational.


  • SAP Experience is preferred.


  • Cost Accounting experience.
