- HR Business Partner – Team Horizon
Team Horizon currently has an exciting opening for a HR Business Partner on a temporary fixed-term contract, for our client who are a global leader in the Biopharmaceutical Industry. Reporting to the Site HR Director, you will work closely with the business as the key point of contact for Business HR for a number of departments on site and provide support directly to Managers and Senior Managers on people topics.

People Analytics
You will be the first point of contact for HR service from leaders and teams and will work closely with colleagues in the wider HR Team in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Service Delivery as well as colleagues on sister sites to ensure excellent HR service is provided to the business
The client’s strong pipeline of products means that they are continuously expanding and therefore always looking for new talent who can develop and grow with the company. The role can act as a stepping stone for the right candidate to build a career within the Irish HR Team or to travel internationally to one of the manufacturing locations based in Asia, Mainland Europe, South America and North America.
What you need to apply:
Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or similar
5 years’ Business HR experience and experience of one other HR specialization is preferred
Ability to combine a passion for people with strong business acumen and enjoy working in a fast paced and often demanding organization which rewards strong performance
