- Supply Chain Planning Coordinator– Team Horizon
We are seeking applications for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Coordinator for our client, who is a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin.
This person is responsible for managing all related transactions between APIL and VLOG following the interim Product Financial Flow as part of the integration and OMI phases. The GSPC is working closely with the LSGN manufacturing locations and central distribution sites to plan and execute shipments to internal and external customers.

Our client is developing the capability to produce all its medicines in Dublin, helping to ensure continuity of supply of our medicines as they expand internationally.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate supply of all finished products (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetic and other products), bulk, active pharmaceutical ingredient or supporting materials between the supplying plants, and other functional departments, such as Quality Assurance, Finance, Global Trade Compliance, and Distribution and Logistics
Monitor transactions between legacy systems and take action if and where appropriate
Ensure that shipping schedules are aligned and coordinate and process outbound shipments
Coordinate and process in and outbound shipments to and from the Central Distribution Center
Ensure timely and effective solutions to distribution, documentation and transportation issues with internal and external customers and suppliers
Maintain data in SAP and JDA accurate and ensure alignment between both systems with the latest updates
Drive continuous improvements to improve customer service and increase efficiency
Manage relationships and expectations within Supply Chain, affiliates, and other key stakeholders
Actively contribute to project management within AbbVie as project team member
What you need to apply:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management
1 year working in a similar environment is preferred
Experienced with ERP systems, ideally SAP, is preferred
Be a team player with focus on improvement and strong drive for results
Must possess good analytical skills
Excellent written and communication skills in English are required
Excellent organisational skills are required
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Good understanding of market dynamics impacting supply chain processes
