Risk Management Manager
Team Horizon is seeking a Risk Management Manager for a client in Dublin. This person will be involved in risk assessments (including physical site/ building/ construction risk)

What you will be doing:
Business Resilience Program Execution
- Support the ongoing operation of the site Business Resilience program across Risk Management, Crisis management, and Business Continuity.
- Maintain governance structures, trackers, and reporting to ensure clear visibility of program health.
- Ensure alignment with standards while adapting to local site needs
Risk Management
- Maintain and actively manage the site risk portfolio, ensuring risks are clearly defined, assessed, and prioritised.
- Facilitate risk assessments and ensure actions are progressing and risks are actively managed.
- Support preparation of risk reviews and materials for site leadership.
Crisis Management & Incident Readiness
- Support coordination of crisis management readiness, including crisis management plans, training, and documentation.
- Monitoring of current national and global events which may be impactful to operations or personnel.
- Support crisis activations as required, ensuring structured coordination and communication.
- Facilitate exercises and incorporate lessons learned into program improvements.
Business Continuity Planning
- Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity plans across site functions in line with network expectations.
- Ensure plans remain aligned with current risks, site changes, and operational priorities.
- Facilitate Business Continuity exercises and scenario planning activities5. Stakeholder Coordination & Program Integration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Digital, Capital Projects and external partners.
- Act as a central point of coordination for risk related activities across the site
Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and reporting tools to support program oversight.
- Prepare clear and concise updates for leadership as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working within the resilience program.
What you need to apply:
Essential Requirements
Candidates should possess one of the following:
- 3+ years’ experience in Project Management
OR - 2+ years’ experience in Risk Management and Business Continuity
OR - 2+ years’ experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S)
And
- 2+ years’ relevant experience within Inspection, Packaging and/or Solid Dosage operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working within regulated and/or complex operational environments, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience facilitating risk assessments and supporting business continuity planning activities.
- Strong programme coordination and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive actions through to completion.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Strong collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally alongside technical teams and key stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach to work.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience supporting capital projects or large-scale site expansion initiatives.
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools and methodologies, including FMEA.
- Relevant professional certifications in areas such as FMEA, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Crisis Management.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with reporting and project tracking tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
