- Turnover Planner (Junior)
Team Horizon is seeking a Turnover Planner/Junior Planner & Scheduler for a leading engineering company with pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Turnover Manager by leading and chairing daily turnover meetings. You will also oversee recording all date information and preparing weekly reports and metrics.

What you will be doing:
Lead and chair daily turnover meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
Record and maintain accurate date information related to project turnover activities.
Prepare comprehensive weekly reports and metrics to monitor project progress.
Utilize strong Excel skills to analyse data and generate meaningful insights.
Collaborate with the Turnover Manager to ensure smooth execution of project timelines and deliverables.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using P6 software.
And any other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Experience with P6 (Primavera) scheduling software is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
