Description
Team Horizon is seeking a Data Analyst to join our diverse client’s team in Dublin on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Data Analyst is responsible for a wide range of tasks that must be completed on time with a high level of accuracy including daily monitoring of data processes, as well as integrating data from external parties and updating and extracting data and insights from the CRM (customer relationship management) system.

What you will be doing:



  • System administration, including configuration updates, customer engagement plan (MCCP) maintenance, new version testing and documentation.


  • Support teams with CRM system training and usage queries.


  • Report creation, customization and distribution to relevant teams.


  • Run and distribute monthly sales reports and therapeutic monthly engagement KPIs.


  • Work with Business Analytics Manager to distribute IFT monthly / QTR metric reports.


  • Compile and circulate CLM analytics reports.


  • Support consent management and the reporting of campaign metrics.


  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Ensure ways of working and job activities are in accordance with training received by the client, the client SOPs, local laws regulations and the IPHA code


  • And all other duties assigned


 

 

What you need to apply:



  • 2 years’ experience is desired.


  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or equivalent in business or technology an advantage.


  • Experience in excel required.


  • Experience in CRM (sales force), Veeva, Power BI, Qlik is an advantage.


  • Strong communications skills that enable clear explanation and resolution of business needs.


  • Organized, methodical, attention to detail and with a solid sense of urgency and agility.


  • Ability to work on own initiative and share proposed solutions with the wider team.


  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues.


  • Strong project management skills to coordinate large number of projects at the same time.
