- Team Horizon is seeking a Senior Project Manager Lead (initial 12-month contract) for our client who are a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin. In this role you will be a Senior Project Manager for a portfolio of capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will involve the management of the capital projects against Safety, Cost, schedule, and Quality
commitments.

What you will be doing:
Management of the capital project against Safety, Cost, Schedule, and Quality.
Ensure the delivery of project through the Capital Project Management Process.
Development, reporting and management of the project Capital Budget.
Provide direct leadership and technical guidance on the project to ensure cost
effective options and contracting strategies are pursued.
Manager the third?party contractors and outsourced partners to ensure the optimal
delivery of the project against safety, cost, quality and schedule objectives.
Drive a safety culture through the project team and ensure that the projects are in
compliance with site and corporate regulatory authority guidelines.
Optimise the use of the client’s resources to leverage SME knowledge, collaborating
across the Network team to minimise project cost and complexity.
Manage the project cash flow and capital budget.
Any other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
Technical qualification at third level or equivalent in Engineering.
Extensive experience of directly leading (€5MM+) Capital Projects.
Experience of working in a Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firm on
Biopharmaceutical projects is preferred.
Experience of sterile / biotech equipment within the pharmaceutical industry is
preferred.
Knowledge of safety, GMP and environmental regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated strong Communication and Leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve optimal
outcomes.
