Description
Team Horizon is seeking a Senior Project Manager Lead (initial 12-month contract) for our client who are a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin. In this role you will be a Senior Project Manager for a portfolio of capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will involve the management of the capital projects against Safety, Cost, schedule, and Quality

commitments.

What you will be doing:


  • Management of the capital project against Safety, Cost, Schedule, and Quality.


  • Ensure the delivery of project through the Capital Project Management Process.


  • Development, reporting and management of the project Capital Budget.


  • Provide direct leadership and technical guidance on the project to ensure cost


  • effective options and contracting strategies are pursued.


  • Manager the third?party contractors and outsourced partners to ensure the optimal


  • delivery of the project against safety, cost, quality and schedule objectives.


  • Drive a safety culture through the project team and ensure that the projects are in


  • compliance with site and corporate regulatory authority guidelines.


  • Optimise the use of the client’s resources to leverage SME knowledge, collaborating


  • across the Network team to minimise project cost and complexity.


  • Manage the project cash flow and capital budget.


  • Any other duties as assigned. 






What you need to apply:


  • Technical qualification at third level or equivalent in Engineering.


  • Extensive experience of directly leading (€5MM+) Capital Projects.


  • Experience of working in a Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firm on


  • Biopharmaceutical projects is preferred.


  • Experience of sterile / biotech equipment within the pharmaceutical industry is


  • preferred.


  • Knowledge of safety, GMP and environmental regulatory requirements.


  • Demonstrated strong Communication and Leadership skills.


  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve optimal


  • outcomes.
