Description
Team Horizon is seeking a Business HR Partner for our client based in Sligo.Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the business as the key point of contact for Business HR for several departments on site, covering 50% of the site’s employees and providing support directly to Managers and Senior Managers on people topics. This role is considered a key role in developing a successor for the 7 HR Manager positions across Ireland.

What you will be doing:



  • You will be the key advisor to those Leaders in


  • Talent Management and Development

  • Employee Relations


  • Compensation and Benefits/Total Rewards


  • People Analytics


  • The first point of contact for HR Service from those leaders and teams, you will need to work closely with our colleagues in the wider HR team in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Service delivery as well as colleagues on our sister sites to ensure that we provide an excellent HR service to the business.  


  • Our strong pipeline of products means that we are continuously expanding and therefore always looking for new talent who can develop and grow with us.


  •  Opportunities also exist to work in HR supporting our Commercial organization which has affiliates across the globe. 


 

What you need to apply:



  • A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant area.  


  • Ideally, they will have 5 years Business HR experience and experience of one other HR specialization. 


  • They will combine a passion for people with a strong business acumen and enjoy working in a fast paced and often demanding organization which rewards strong performance
