Recruiter  – Team Horizon

 

Team Horizon currently has an exciting opening for a Recruiter (12-month contract) for our client who are a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin. Working alongside the Recruitment and HR Teams as well as hiring managers, the Recruiter will be based in the client’s office in Dublin 15.

What you will bedoing:



  • Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the client’s near-term goals and longer-term strategic priorities; build comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and robust hiring plans to meet resulting hiring, workforce/talent and capability needs


  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for various functions, including sourcing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and on-boarding     


  • Develop, implement, and manage a thoughtful candidate and employee experience


  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders by proactively gathering and maintaining market insights and competitive intelligence related to talent and the competitive biopharmaceutical talent landscape; develop methods to share competitive intelligence to inform managers, leaders and colleagues’ talent management and talent acquisition efforts


  • Develop strong and effective partnerships with all cross-functional HR colleagues, including People and Culture Partners/HR Partners, HR shared services and Total Rewards


  • Develop, enhance, and execute on the client’s attraction and employer and recruitment branding efforts; build awareness for and a sense of excitement about the company, as an employer, leader and innovator in rare disease and differentiate as the most rewarding company to work for


  • Maintain candidate and appropriate recruiting status data across recruiting systems (ATS, CRM)


  • Establish and utilize recruiting reports, metrics, and analytics to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the recruiting process as well as to identify trends, manage performance and measure TA effectiveness, and enhance the efficiency and quality of the hiring process


  • Identify and champion new and innovative approaches to diversity, inclusion and belonging talent attraction and sourcing, ensuring these are integrated into all employer branding and sourcing efforts


 

What you need to apply:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Science


  • 3-6 years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting 


  • Biopharmaceutical experience


  • Possess strong communication skills


  • Be capable of building strong professional relationships both internally and externally
