In this role, you’ll be accountable for the safe delivery, performance and profitable growth of multiple contracts within the division. You’ll also be a full, active member of the management team.
What you’ll do
- Follow and uphold all health and safety procedures, and take responsibility for yourself and your direct reports
- Turn business objectives into clear KPIs and share them across your contracts
- Keep every contract well organised and make sure its commercial requirements are met
- Make sure contract performance is reported accurately and on time
- Lead by example, promoting the company’s core values and keeping in regular contact with the Project Manager
- Tell the Project Manager straight away about any client or official correspondence that could harm the business or its reputation
- Manage and develop your people in line with company procedures, so everyone is competent for their role
- Contribute fully to safe, successful business growth, in line with company policy and regulatory requirements
What you’ll bring
- Fluent spoken and written English and German
- At least 5 years in senior management within scaffolding
- Project management experience and/or qualification
- A track record of P&L accountability within a corporate divisional structure
- Strong business development, operational, commercial and financial experience
- A solid understanding of the industrial services market and what stakeholders need
