Zara Keane

Zara holds a BA Hons degree in Business with a focus on HRM and has a background in Recruitment and Customer Service.

She will be supporting our recruitment team, helping us to do what we love best – matching the best talent with the best companies!

She has a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry, a passion for recruitment and enjoys communicating with both clients and candidates as part of the team. 

David Connolly 

David is an experienced Recruitment Professional, with a history of working in the UK & Ireland. Skilled in networking, headhunting, and relationship building.

Currently recruiting for the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry nationwide, with a focus on contracting positions. 

When not recruiting, David enjoys spending time with his young son and following a variety of sports – Soccer, GAA and Boxing.

Also, he plays amateur soccer at the weekends. He has a keen interest in History and holds a Heritage Studies degree from GMIT.

Mary King

Mary holds a BSc in Applied Science and joins Team Horizon from Baxter Healthcare. She is interested in the pharmaceutical industry and has experience as a QC Chemist.

Mary will be managing Scientific and Laboratory roles including Microbiology, Quality Control, Pharmaceutical Technology, Laboratory equipment and systems.

Ashling Guthrie

Ashling joined Team Horizon in 2019 shortly after relocating back home to the West of Ireland, after having spent a number of years in London as a Senior Recruitment Consultant where she specialised in the Design & Architecture industries. It was there that she first discovered her passion for understanding a candidates motivations and her ability to successfully match them to a Client’s needs. Ashling considers herself a “people person” and she enjoys building relationships with her candidates. She takes pride in her ability to support each candidate through their job search by offering guidance and coaching to ensure they can navigate the process easily and efficiently.

When not recruiting, Ashling is a busy Mum of one who enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A lover of sunshine, reading, Netflix and a good cocktail, she is usually happiest on holiday or at home with a good book or TV series.
