- Team Horizon is seeking a QA Validation Engineer for our Client’s manufacturing facility based in the West of Ireland. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will execute & deliver Validation Projects such as minor Process/Equipment Modifications to large scale process projects.

What you will be doing:
This Liaising with Engineering, Operations and QA functions on assigned engineering projects.
Be part of Design review, URS creation, FAT &SAT testing and Validation Execution, complying with Quality Standard outlined in Plant Change Control and Validation Programs.
Developing appropriate documentation and reports on all Validation Activities Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards
Any other duties as assigned
What you need to apply:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering discipline.
Project Management training/experience desirable.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing and 3 years’ experience in QA Validation desirable.
Strong working Knowledge of GMP Manufacturing.
Strong Technical ability in respect of Equipment, Process and Plant Operations.
Strong knowledge in QA principles
Experience in Designing Validation Protocols (IQ, OQ and PQ) with cross functional teams
High competency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Strong Analytical Skills with experience in Problem Solving & Risk Management Tools in cross functional environment essential (FMEA, A3 PST, Fishbone, CAPA teams)
Ability to work cross functionally on several Projects interchangeably, with various teams in a dynamic environment.
