- We are seeking applications for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client’s pharmaceutical site in Mayo, if you are excited by the challenges that come from working in a large operation and are passionate about improving the reliability of services, plant, and equipment.
You will play a key role in the maintenance and development of all manufacturing and support equipment and processes which are critical to saving and sustaining lives.

What you will be doing:
Supporting the maintenance of services, plant and equipment.
Identifying the root cause of equipment issues and solutions.
Ability to support the introduction of new equipment and processes.
Inventory management - ensuring equipment spare parts are available.
Ensure preventative maintenance routines are completed in a timely manner to maintain safety, quality and performance standards.
Collaborate and provide support during internal and external audits.
Partner with teams to ensure handovers are clear and effective and any other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
Candidates should at minimum have attained trades certification, preferably electrical.
A relevant accredited multi skilled qualification or equivalent technical certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage.
Familiarity with mechanical systems, robotics, PLC controls, low-voltage controls, pneumatic and hydraulic systems always an advantage but not necessary.
Proven ability to solve escalated situations.
A commitment to future education and upskilling is essential.
