- Team Horizon is seeking an IT Manufacturing Systems Specialist for our client in Dublin. The IT Manufacturing Systems Specialist will be responsible for the provision of IT/BTS (Business Technology Solutions) support and development with Ireland. The IT Manufacturing Systems Specialist will manage and implement projects that affect the manufacturing infrastructure, plant systems, security, workstations, support, and IT standards.

What you will be doing:
IT manufacturing infrastructure projects.
Comply with IT road map.
Comply with all corporate policies.
Manage relevant project budgets and instill a culture of CI across the IT/BTS department.
Liaise with IT Contractors/Consultants and ensure compliance with contractor management site polices.
IT Support of manufacturing and laboratory.
Training of employees on relevant applications.
Quality Systems Support
System administration of manufacturing systems (OSI-Pi, POMS, Maximo)
Validation / Qualification of hardware and software (PQ, IQ, and OQ).
Creation of all local IT documents SLC, data process maps, validation documents)
Participation in cross functional teams and initiatives across the site.
Comply with the EHS policy and procedures and demonstrate EHS best practices in all work activities;
Continually be conscious of your own safety and that of others, always complying with safety notices and barriers;
Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) immediately to your supervisor and always raise the event in EHS system.
Support a culture of EHS excellence by recognizing and submitting opportunities for EHS improvement on EHS system.
Attend all required EHS training and medical surveillance programs
What you need to apply:
Minimum 2yrs experince in relevant IT/Manufacturing system role
Experience in operating in highly regulated environment
IT Manufacturing System Support (Essential) · Data Analytics (Desirable), ITIL (Desirable) · GAMP (Desirable) · OSI PI Administration or relevant Data Historian Administration (Desirable)
Project Management (Desirable)
Relevant IT experience (Essential) Cognitive Skills
Requires a high level of attention to detail and mental concentration, to always ensure accuracy and total compliance with procedures.
Requires proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new requirements.
Must be results driven striving to meet all targets and metric standards as set by site/department and division leaders.
