2573 - Equipment Project Engineer – New Expansion Project
Team Horizon is seeking an experienced Equipment Project Engineer to join our client’s expansion project in Cork. Initially this is a 12-month contract however the project is due completion 2024/2025.
What you will be doing:- Initially a 12 month contract however there is a high possibility that tis will extend as the project is due completion 2024/2025.

What you will be doing:- Equipment will include, down flow booths, fridges and freezers, mixers, pumps, scales etc
- Ensuring that client specifications are incorporated into equipment, review equipment specifications
- Development of data sheets, specifications, and URS documents
- Preparation of bid packages and issue of award recommendations
- Review and approval of the equipment cycle documentation
- Attendance and participation in equipment factory acceptance tests, PHA and routine contractor meetings
- Ensuring equipment supplier delivers the electrical works to the agreed schedule and quality
- Weekly and monthly reports
What you need to apply:- An experienced Project Equipment Engineer with at least 3+ years with the Pharma, BioPharma or Medical Device industry
- Experience within Utilities will also be considered.
- Degree qualified in engineering or a related field of study.
- Working knowledge and application of Safety and technical concepts, procedures and practices.
