- Business Analyst – Team Horizon
We are seeking applications for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client site in Dublin on an initial 9-month contract. The successful candidate will join the Quality Compliance department and will support QMS records, ensure daily user support is provided, and perform annual system reviews.

What you will be doing:
User Access Management/Support
Day-to-day user support for assigned systems and workflows
Review and approve user access requests
Training assignment/verification
Perform annual system user access reviews
Selection Value Maintenance (Master List Data)
Analyse proposed selection field changes for impact in collaboration with IT
Review, approve and track systems selection value changes
Support QMS records (Deviation, CAPA, Effectiveness Check, Change Control within TrackWise or Veeva Vault QMS as requested
Monitor and complete record as requested
What you need to apply:<>··Service Now & SailPoint experience is desirable
SumTotal experience is desirable
