- Compliance and Change Control Specialist
We are currently recruiting a Compliance/Change Control Specialist on an initial 12-month contract for our client’s site in Sligo. In this role, you will provide a specialized support service to site teams in preparing fully compliant Change Plans and Change Requests ‘Right First Time’; coordinating, driving, and closing out change execution to meet target timelines. The role operates in an environment that is largely self-managed but with supervision and direction from functional management and project managers.

What you will bedoing:
Develop expertise in Change Management at site
Provide a Change Management facilitation service to change owners across the site on a prioritized basis as determined by manager
Draft Change Plans with due diligence to meet ‘Right First Time’ objectives
Assist in following up and driving completion of tasks arising from Change Plans, Quality Plans and Correction and Prevention Plans
Drive Change Management agility, accelerate the current process where possible and identify improvements for review, approval, and implementation
Draft and implement changes to SOPs as required
Adhere to all SOPs related to Quality, Safety and Environmental Compliance
Provide expertise to site personnel on the execution of change control
Provide functional expertise to support daily operations
What you need to apply:
Experience in a similar role is desirable
A qualification in an administrative or technical discipline
Experience in a GMP environment
Strong IT skills are required
Some technical or operations experience is preferable but not essential
Capable of collating and updating technical documentation developed on site
High level of attention to detail and mental concentration, to ensure accuracy and total compliance with Quality procedures at all times
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new regulatory
Must be results driven striving to meet all targets and metric standards as set by site/department and division leaders
Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
