 Analytical Technology Specialist – Team Horizon

 

If you are a result driven Analytical Technology Specialist our client has an exciting contract position available to join a dynamic team in Westport, Co. Mayo. In your new role you will be working with supervisors as well as the laboratory manager to make sure there is compliance to the quality management system.

What you will bedoing:



  • Investigating and developing methods to current regulatory standards


  • Delivering all related method development verification testing


  • Creating, reviewing, and approving of technical documentation


  • Complying to safety, housekeeping and quality standards


  • Notifying management of any discrepancies


  • Making sure that good housekeeping and laboratory practices are adhered to


  • Rotating shifts monthly


 

What you need to apply:



  • 3-7 years’ experience


  • 3+ years’ experience in method development / validation or relevant industry experience.


  • Knowledgeable in HPLC/UPLC.


  • Experience with statistical analysis, quality by design, Dry Lab or similar software


  • Great knowledge of ICH and ANVISA guidelines


  • Skilled in a range of analytical equipment and laboratory    techniques.


  • Great technical writing skills for protocol / report generation


  • Brilliant communication skills.


  • Capability to co-ordinate testing, information sharing across the global network.


  • Capacity to work on own initiative and systemically troubleshoot ensuring new methods are in line with regulatory guidelines.


  • A flexible attitude with project leadership qualities
