Description
We are seeking applications from business professionals for our client’s cosmetics manufacturing business in Cork. This is a full-time role, 39 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, based on site.You will suit this role if you are keen to grow skills in the space of day-to-day customer management, along with creating and coordinating commercial plans. The role will offer personal development opportunities, along with training in account management and commercial planning. The successful candidate will join an animated team who will manage our portfolio of brands across domestic and international markets.

What you will be doing:



  • Supporting key customer initiatives and business development activities in both the commercial and operational areas.


  • Managing the relationship directly with customers while making sure all company documentation and account management process are being adhered to


  • Contribute to the overall department strategy


  • Act as a key member of the internal commercial Team


  • With support, develop and implement specific department metrics to help deliver the company plans and objectives in line with the overall strategy.


  • Research customer opportunities to develop the business strategy.


  • Compile and present analytical reports to enable the measurement of business performance across the business as required.


 

What you need to apply:



  • A Bachelor Degree (Level 8) ideally in Business and / or Marketing with associated experience


  • Report writing and strong Excel experience


  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail


  • Solid analytical skills & highly numerate with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.


  • A passionate and committed individual with a strong drive for results


  • Pro-activity is an essential characteristic for this role


  • Can-do attitude to drive results


  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
