- If you are an experienced Maintenance Planner you might be interested in a role for our client, who are a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin.You will work closely with the operations scheduler and be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all maintenance works, using the computerised system.

What you will be doing:
Managing the maintenance scheduling and planning through the use of the computerized maintenance management system.
Making sure the maintenance schedule is level loaded throughout the year
Preparing and scheduling maintenance activities facilitating increased equipment reliability and productivity.
Developing KPIs and maintaining tracking tools to monitor department commitments and assignments related to compliance and quality systems.
Developing detailed shutdown schedules with all stakeholders and track and report on progress during shutdown execution.
Supporting the work of the Maintenance Team to achieve the plant objectives.
Analysing data from the computerized maintenance management system and highlight opportunities for further improvement
Working with Maintenance Teams on all pre-planning tasks
Working with Engineering Stores to organise Spare Part Requirements
Responsible for all Vendor “Site Access Requirements”
What you need to apply:
Bachelor of Science degree
2-4 years of relevant GMP experience or a minimum of 5 years of relevant Commercial GMP experience
In depth understanding of Facilities & Maintenance Systems and Quality Systems for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, including but not limited to, deviations, CAPAs, root cause analysis, training, and good documentation practices.
Familiarity and ability to present schedule proposals for Maintenance activities.
Great work organisation skills
Ability to provide updates and tracking on tasks
SME in computerized maintenance management systems
Detailed knowledge of Maintenance Best Practice
Good communication skills required, both verbal and written
Be a self-starter
