Manufacturing Engineer - FMEA – Team Horizon

 

Looking for your next contract role? This could be the one for you.  

I’m looking for an experienced Engineer to lead the FMEA equipment process within our client Pharmaceutical Manufacturing site in the West of Ireland. You will use your technical knowledge and experience to bring together cross functional team members and stakeholders to successful deliver the programme.

 

What you will bedoing:



  • Lead the FMEA equipment process within a biologics fill / finish facility.


  • Previous experience of working with equipment systems within a biologics fill / finish facility. This includes following primary systems; filling machine / isolator / lyophiliser and autoclaves. Clean systems, steam, water and gas and other supporting services.


  • Knowledge of leading an FMEA equipment process evaluation activity with experience of working with cross functional team (i.e. operations, tech-ops, quality, validations & equipment vendors).


  • Familiar with client side QMS / change control activities within the pharmaceutical regulated industry.


  • Use your technical knowledge and experience to bring together cross functional team members and stakeholders to successfully deliver the programme.


  • Great communicator focused on engagement with supporting team members and stakeholders to delivery successful project execution.


  • Use your project management skills including knowledge of scheduling / hosting meetings and preparing action plans.


 

What you need to apply:



  • Previous experience in leading or supporting an FMEA process on manufacturing equipment.


  • Ideally 3 years or more experience in pharma or equivalent regulated environment.


  • Experience of engaging with equipment vendors.


  • Project management skills including knowledge of scheduling / hosting meetings and preparing action plans.


  • Knowledge of computer control systems and IT infrastructure within a manufacturing facility.
