QC Sr Associate Data Analytic

 What you will be doing:



  • Work in technical teams in the development, deployment and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics.

  • Translate complex business processes into production level code.

  • Work alongside software engineers to translate algorithms into viable products meeting business requirements.

  • Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.

  • Develop, evaluate, and maintain AI/ML and generative AI solutions, including model validation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

  • Work with data engineers on data quality assessment, data cleansing and data analytics.

  • Generate reports, annotated code, and other projects artifacts to document, archive, and communicate your work and outcomes.

  • Perform data verification and scenario testing of developed solutions ensuring business requirements are met.

  • Explore emerging and alternate technologies to support digital solution advancement.

  • Support code level troubleshooting activities.

  • Work with IS teams/resolver groups.

  • Share and discuss findings with team members practicing SAFe Agile delivery model.

  • Ensure AI/ML/Digital solution development complies with GxP and other regulatory standards, fostering a strong Quality culture.


What you need to apply:


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Doctorate, Master's + 2–3 years, Bachelor's + 4–5 years, or Diploma + 10–12 years of experience, in Software Engineering, Data Science, or ML Engineering.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with machine learning and generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation) applied to structured and unstructured data.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Spark and Databricks.

  • Familiarity with MLOps and AI engineering practices (model versioning, monitoring, deployment pipelines, responsible AI) and software engineering fundamentals (e.g., Git).

  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire) and automation platforms like Power Automate.

  • Knowledge of GxP compliance and regulated environments; healthcare, biotech, or life sciences experience a plus.

  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, AI-driven solutions and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communicator and self-starter, comfortable working independently and across global teams.
