•          Support the development of MEP design packages, including drawings, URS, and specifications.

•          Vendor and contractor documentation review and technical submittal review

•          Oversee building services installation, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to design intent.

•          Coordinate with construction teams and vendors to resolve technical issues in the field.

•          Provide support during FATs, SATs, commissioning, and qualification activities.

•          Ensure building services are designed and implemented to meet sustainability and energy efficiency targets.

•          Contribute to project scheduling, cost control, and change management discussions.

•          Monitor safety and regulatory compliance for all building services-related works.

•          Any other duties as assigned.

What you need to apply:

•          Minimum 8–10 years of experience in building services design, construction, and commissioning in the life sciences sector.

•          Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems within GMP and regulated facilities.

•          Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and lead design reviews.

•          Strong working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IS, EN, CIBSE, ASHRAE).

•          Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Education: Degree-level qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Professional registration or chartered status preferred but not required.
