- Team Horizon is seeking a Central Services Lead for our Clients manufacturing facility in Co. Mayo. In this role you will be responsible for managing the production support group, which supports pharmaceutical production in the areas of work preparation, order processing, training and documentation, non-conformity and complaint reports and in maintaining GMP compliance.

What you will be doing:
You will lead, coach, mentor and develop your team, building their capabilities and helping them advance their technical and analytical aptitude.
You will maintain capacity in line with business needs including the recruitment & management of staff
In conjunction with other members of the Management team you will advance the site strategic plan to align with the company’s vison / mission
You will support the Central Services Centre’s strategic plan in support of budget, revenue and savings targets
You will manage non-conforming KPI’s as required putting in place robust preventive measures and drive the implementation of policies and procedures reflecting industry best practices
Be a key stakeholder in the implementation of key projects as agreed with the site leadership team and the Global Operations organization
We believe in collaboration so in this role, you will partner with Local & Global stakeholders associated with service provisions across Eyecare
What you need to apply:
3rd level degree in science or pharmaceutical discipline
5 + years industry experience
Comprehensive working knowledge of a Biopharmaceutical/Pharma/Medical Devices operation
Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures
Good interpersonal and communication skills essential for working across multi-functional teams
