- Senior Structural Engineer
Team Horizon is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a leading engineering design company based in Dublin. Working as a Senior Structural Engineer you will be part of a civil and structural team of engineers and designers working to develop, coordinate and finalise structural design deliverables. As a senior engineer you will gain experience in Life Sciences projects and get an opportunity to work with our in-house discipline teams as well as having engagement with our clients and construction management teams.

What you will be doing:
Familiar and competent with all aspects of structural design and be proficient with Eurocode design.
Competency with structural design software (we typically use STAAD / Tekla / Robot).
Have experience working on multi discipline design projects, and have used Navisworks / Revizto softwares.
Have good communication skills.
Industrial design experience a plus.
Be able to provide mentorship / guidance to junior engineers.
Attend internal design team and model review meetings.
All other duties as requested or assigned.
What you need to apply:
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
5 years+ experience in the design of building structures.
Chartered engineer Preferable.
Technically proficient with Eurocode, BSI and Irish design standards and codes.
Proficient with structural design softwares (ROBOT/TEKLA Designer, etc).
Excellent communications skills.
