Description
Team Horizon is seeking a Project Coordinator (12-month contract) for our client who are a global biopharmaceutical client in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great scope for career advancement within the company. The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for working with a detailed mindset and helping teams to complete large scale projects.

What you will be doing:



  • Coordinating project activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.


  • Facilitating team meetings and workshops and maintaining project documentation.


  • Creating concise project plans.


  • Assisting in the management of project scope, including scope changes and scope creep.


  • Managing project timelines to ensure project milestone are met.


  • Liaising with team as to timing and status of works.


  • Assigning tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.


  • Monitoring projects progress and help in handling any issues that arise.


  • Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with team and stakeholders so projects are implemented per established scope and timelines.


  • Providing timely, effective, and appropriate project management related information to key stakeholders.


  • Using PM methods and principles to ensure successful delivery, with a good understanding of change & risk management to time, quality & budget.


  • Supporting leadership team with any ad hoc requests.


 

What you need to apply:



  • 3-6 years’ experience in a Project Management related role.


  • Direct experience within Pharma/biopharma/medical device company is desirable.


  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with competence to manage multiple priorities at once.


  • Great attention to detail.


  • Strong Business Partner with a focus on collaboration and delivering results.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required.


  • Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.


  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


  • Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies.


  • Business or Science bachelor’s degree.


  • Additional Project Management qualification is an advantage.
