- Team Horizon is seeking a Project Coordinator (12-month contract) for our client who are a global biopharmaceutical client in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great scope for career advancement within the company. The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for working with a detailed mindset and helping teams to complete large scale projects.

What you will be doing:
Coordinating project activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Facilitating team meetings and workshops and maintaining project documentation.
Creating concise project plans.
Assisting in the management of project scope, including scope changes and scope creep.
Managing project timelines to ensure project milestone are met.
Liaising with team as to timing and status of works.
Assigning tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Monitoring projects progress and help in handling any issues that arise.
Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with team and stakeholders so projects are implemented per established scope and timelines.
Providing timely, effective, and appropriate project management related information to key stakeholders.
Using PM methods and principles to ensure successful delivery, with a good understanding of change & risk management to time, quality & budget.
Supporting leadership team with any ad hoc requests.
What you need to apply:
3-6 years’ experience in a Project Management related role.
Direct experience within Pharma/biopharma/medical device company is desirable.
Excellent organisation and time management skills with competence to manage multiple priorities at once.
Great attention to detail.
Strong Business Partner with a focus on collaboration and delivering results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies.
Business or Science bachelor’s degree.
Additional Project Management qualification is an advantage.
