- Team Horizon is seeking a high calibre Talent Acquisition Specialist for a global biopharmaceutical client in Ireland. This role will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and will predominantly be supporting Cork sites.

What you will be doing:
Engage with the Business HR partners and hiring managers in relation to current and future recruitment requirements.
Design and deliver branded sourcing strategies internally and externally to attract and promote top talent into the organization for site specific initiatives.
Coordinate and lead telephone, video and onsite interviews for key partners.
Partner with hiring managers on complete recruiting life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding).
Continuous communication with candidates in order to ensure efficient running of the process and ongoing brand awareness.
Partner with 3rd party agencies in identifying the right fit candidates for the client.
Under the guidance of the Snr Talent Acquisition Specialist, execute sourcing strategies for talent pipeline campaigns as appropriate.
Any other duties assigned.
What you need to apply:
Relevant third level qualification.
2+ years recruitment experience (in house or 3rd party agency).
Knowledge of sourcing in pharma industry preferred.
Possess strong communications skills.
Demonstrate customer focus and ability to engage with multiple customers.
Be able to work remotely while also delivering the best-in-class service to our internal customers across Ireland.
Be capable of building strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
