Description
Team Horizon is seeking a high calibre Talent Acquisition Specialist for a global biopharmaceutical client in Ireland. This role will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and will predominantly be supporting Cork sites.

What you will be doing:



  • Engage with the Business HR partners and hiring managers in relation to current and future recruitment requirements.


  • Design and deliver branded sourcing strategies internally and externally to attract and promote top talent into the organization for site specific initiatives.


  • Coordinate and lead telephone, video and onsite interviews for key partners.


  • Partner with hiring managers on complete recruiting life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding).


  • Continuous communication with candidates in order to ensure efficient running of the process and ongoing brand awareness.


  • Partner with 3rd party agencies in identifying the right fit candidates for the client.


  • Under the guidance of the Snr Talent Acquisition Specialist, execute sourcing strategies for talent pipeline campaigns as appropriate.


  • Any other duties assigned. 


 

What you need to apply:



  • Relevant third level qualification.


  • 2+ years recruitment experience (in house or 3rd party agency).


  • Knowledge of sourcing in pharma industry preferred.


  • Possess strong communications skills.


  • Demonstrate customer focus and ability to engage with multiple customers.


  • Be able to work remotely while also delivering the best-in-class service to our internal customers across Ireland.


  • Be capable of building strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
