- Team Horizon - Maintenance Lead (Drug Product)
We are currently sourcing an experienced Drug Product Maintenance Lead to join our clients’ high performing engineering leadership team in Sligo.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day requirements of Manufacturing Operations, managing and leading a team of Plant Support Engineers to ensure continuity and effective support at the site.

What you will be doing:
You will lead, coach and mentor your team to success
Partner with your leadership peers to deliver on department and site goals, meeting and exceeding metrics
Ember a culture of continuous learning within your team and be responsible for adherence to training schedule, delivery of tool box talks, etc
Ensure appropriate resourcing plans are in place to deliver on goals and objectives of the team while delivering on goal setting, performance management and development of your team
Represent Engineering shift support at leadership and team meetings
Partner with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution of Manufacturing escalations
Work closely with Technical Shift Leaders/Operation Supervisors to ensure interdepartmental activities are planned and executed safely
Responsible for Engineering compliance with all safety, environmental and quality related areas
And any other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
A 3rd level qualification (Degree) in a suitable science/engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a highly regulated industry in an equivalent position
Demonstrated leadership capability - experience building a strong diverse team and inspiring them to succeed.
Proven technical subject matter expertise and in particular strong instrumentation/troubleshooting/problem solving ability.
Must be results driven striving to meet all targets and metric standards as set by site/department and division leaders.
