What you will be doing:

• 
  Support maintenance in the troubleshooting and debug of existing manufacturing equipment from a control’s viewpoint.


• 
  Troubleshooting of automated mixing and filling processes.


• 
  Resolve performance issues of new and existing equipment.


• 
  As time allowed, work on smaller projects, including documentation/validation would be expected.

What you need to apply:

• 
  Experience / working knowledge of troubleshooting most of the following systems would be an advantage. 


• 
  A working knowledge of validation requirements is desirable.


• 
  PLC types: Allen Bradley/Rockwell or Siemens S7.


• 
  PLC Networks: Devicenet, Profibus, ASI, Ethernet.


• 
  Robotics: ABB, Hirata, Staubli, Kuka.


• 
  Vision systems: Cognex, Datalogix.


• 
  Drives: Powerflex, Siemens, SMC, Lense, IAI
