- We currently have an exciting opening for a QC Supervisor (Metrology) to work on our client’s manufacturing facility in Dublin. You will manage and mentor a team, having responsibility for monitoring and directing the day-to-day activities in your area of the laboratory. A key leadership role, you will support the robust pipeline of products, with a growing organisation.

What you will bedoing:
Manage and mentor your team – looking after daily team operations, motivating your team to execute their responsibilities in strict accordance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
Manage all laboratory software systems, ensuring integrity of all data generated on all laboratory software systems.
Manage all aspects of the laboratory equipment lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.
Help with the weekly and daily QC schedules and take part in the daily team meetings to review shift goals and to review execution against the shift’s goals while also representing the area at the daily leadership peer meetings.
Escalate and investigate laboratory floor issues related to laboratory personnel, processes and procedures
Found the expectation and standards, and caring environment, to ensure your team has the capability to meet performance expectations. This includes building their capabilities by providing ongoing coaching and mentoring, providing timely recognition as well as performance counseling, building and executing development plans, and providing career counseling for career progression.
Drive a culture of safety and quality awareness, cooperating with cross functional teams to achieve process improvements and site metrics
What you need to apply:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related Science
3-5 years relevant Quality Control experience (Metrology)
2+ years proven people leadership capability
Great understanding of pharmaceutical laboratory operations
Proven knowledge of cGMP requirements and practices
Widespread knowledge of the USP and FDA Guidance Documents
Excellent instrumentation, computerized systems and analytical experience i.e., LIMS, ELN, HPLC, GC, etc.
