Description
We are seeking applications for an experienced HVAC Validation Engineer to join our client site in Athlone on an initial 12-month contract.  This role reports to the Senior Manager for Validation.

What you will be doing:



  • Travel may be required to support execution of projects


  • Understanding of the ISO 14644 Clean Room Testing Requirements


  • Direct Experience executing or oversight of the Clean Room Certification Testing against ISO 14644


  • Understanding of the EU GMP Grade (A/B/C/D) requirements and qualification scope


  • Understanding of the RABS Filling Line and HVAC Requirements


  • Understanding of the Isolator Filling Line and HVAC Requirements


  • Understanding of the Unidirectional Air Flow requirements and qualification


  • Understanding of the Aseptic Manufacturing processes and contamination control


  • Understanding of the BMS systems


  • Understanding of the Quality System Elements:


  • Deviation


  • CAPA


  • Calibration


  • Preventative maintenance


  • Change Control


 

 

What you need to apply:



  • Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience


  • Typically, 3+ years HVAC Validation engineering experience, preferably in the biotechnology industry / aseptic pharmaceutical environment


  • Experience in MS Office, MS Project, Change Control & Document Management Systems


  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
