- We are seeking applications for an experienced HVAC Validation Engineer to join our client site in Athlone on an initial 12-month contract. This role reports to the Senior Manager for Validation.

What you will be doing:
Travel may be required to support execution of projects
Understanding of the ISO 14644 Clean Room Testing Requirements
Direct Experience executing or oversight of the Clean Room Certification Testing against ISO 14644
Understanding of the EU GMP Grade (A/B/C/D) requirements and qualification scope
Understanding of the RABS Filling Line and HVAC Requirements
Understanding of the Isolator Filling Line and HVAC Requirements
Understanding of the Unidirectional Air Flow requirements and qualification
Understanding of the Aseptic Manufacturing processes and contamination control
Understanding of the BMS systems
Understanding of the Quality System Elements:
Deviation
CAPA
Calibration
Preventative maintenance
Change Control
What you need to apply:
Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience
Typically, 3+ years HVAC Validation engineering experience, preferably in the biotechnology industry / aseptic pharmaceutical environment
Experience in MS Office, MS Project, Change Control & Document Management Systems
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
