Team Horizon is seeking a Project Administrator for our client based in Dublin. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Projects, Validation, and Facilities teams onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and system-based tasks within our SAP environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, maintenance records, spare parts data, and quality system actions. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with SAP and MS Office tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

What you will be doing:
- Create, receipt, and close Purchase Orders in our SAP based Purchase Ordering system.
- Update maintenance records in SAP based spares and maintenance system
- Updating and maintaining spare parts, adding new parts to SAP based spare Parts system.
- Create Equipment Purchase Agreements and route for approval.
- Create reports from spares and maintenance records and export to MS Office documents.
- Create reports from QMS system and support Engineers in closing actions and change controls
What you need to apply:
- Previous experience with SAP systems, particularly in purchasing, maintenance, or materials management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing) is desirable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with quality systems (QMS) and change control processes.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
