Organizational Change Management Lead – Team Horizon

We are seeking applications for an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead on a contract basis for our client, who is a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin. The successful role holder will manage change management in support of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) upgrade project. The project requires interaction with many cross-functional stakeholders across Operations (Process Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing). You will have regular interaction with initiative leadership and project resources to advance change management deliverables.

What you will be doing:



  • Managing end to end the Organizational Change Management program for the LIMS Upgrade project


  • Acting as proactive member of the LIMS Modernization Upgrade team


  • Writing clear and effective communications for a variety of purposes and audiences


  • Developing, delivering and presenting materials to the relevant audience


  • Creating and delivering digital media communication in cooperation with other relevant internal functions


  • Updating all stakeholders


  • Managing multiple complex calendars across multiple time zones


  • Creating and maintaining SharePoint/Teams sites


  • Maintaining department email distribution lists


  • Preparing agendas and taking action-items as the need arises


  • Engaging and supporting the sponsors and stakeholders across the organization


  • Collecting and incorporate feedback on Change Management communications to improve engagement tactics over time


  • Identifying key behaviours and success factors and reinforcing these behaviours


  • Delivering risk mitigation activities as required (e.g., training)


 

What you need to apply:



  • 3+ years of Change Management and Communications experience


  • Great leadership, follow up, and PM skills with proven success in a matrix environment


  • Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to target messages to a variety of audiences


  • Strong Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Skills, SKYPE, WebEx, MSTeams, SharePoint


  • Ability to tactfully negotiate and positively influence both peers and leadership


  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills necessary to forge consensus among competing client interests


  • Ability to manage a complex portfolio of tasks to successful, on time completion


  • Brilliant analytical skills to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities with minimal direction


  • Technical problem-solving skills


  • Business acumen with the ability to determine best business solution.


  • Leader and partner in a complex matrix environment.


  • Cross functional collaborator


  • Agile mindset and has experience working on teams using agile methodologies
