Project Coordinator

Team Horizon currently has an exciting opening for Project Coordinator to join their client’s rapidly growing team in Sligo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing clinical trial company in a fast paced start up environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the operation of Validation/Qualification and other operational projects.

What you will be doing:

• Monitoring projects and liaising with cross-functional departments.


• Prepare batch reports.


• Validation/qualification activities.


• Work on production activities (e.g., source labels that can be used in various conditions)


• Troubleshoot production issues.


• Support client needs & client projects.


• Provide a consultative approach to project coordination and collaborate with team members to ensure project delivery.


• Manage client relationships.


• Any other duties as assigned. 

 
What you need to apply:

• Degree in Science/Engineering/Quality preferred.


• Project Coordinator/project facing experience is preferred.


• Experience in the day-to-day operations in a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment.


• A person who is personable and proactive in client-facing environments to ensure client needs are met.


• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
