Team Horizon has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Associate to join their client’s rapidly growing team in Sligo. This role supports the distribution of clinical trial supplies to patients in the EU. In order to fulfill this role, we are seeking applications from candidates with proven experience in a GDP or GMP environment. Prior experience in a logistics/warehousing/distribution role is also necessary, and ideally you will have at least two years’ experience.

What you will be doing:- Monitoring projects & liaising with cross-functional departments.
- Liaise with Couriers to schedule inbound & outbound shipments.
- Prepare any necessary documentation for Inbound shipment and communicate with the Consignee to ensure open lines of communication throughout the journey.
- Assess the Temperature upon receipt and report any temperature excursions.
- Prepare GRN & ITN'S upon receipt.
- Preparation and filing of shipping documentation in both electronic and paper form.
- Maintenance of inventory records for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare necessary outbound paperwork and obtain preapproval, if necessary, prior to shipment.
- Pre-condition supplies, or order supplies day before as required.
- Pick & pack for shipment, Wrap pallets.
- Depot & IRT activities.
- Any other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
Requirements:- Experience of working in GDP or GMP environment (Essential).
- Prior experience in a logistics role, liaising with couriers, scheduling, managing time critical logistical activities (Essential).
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (Essential).
- Familiarity with TAROC codes (Desirable).
- Experience with Audits (Desirable).
