Description
We are seeking applications for a capable and motivated individual for our client, who is a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin. In this position you will be the supporting throughout the site with specific responsibilities within the Facilities Department. You will be a key member of the overall organisation at the site and will report to the Sr. Mgr. Engineering responsible for the Facilities Department.



What you will be doing:


  • Pest Control System Owner


  • Accountable for overall documentation compliance for the department


  • Support on oversight of EHS compliance


  • Support the logistics and overall coordination within the department


  • Shared responsibilities and oversight of the Integrated Facilities Management program


  • Provide support with the completion of deliverables as required


  • Day to day management of communication and any other tasks/projects assigned as per manager’s request.

     


Ideally what you need to apply:

• Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices is a must

• Previous experience in pharma industry will really benefit you in this role especially experience from the Biopharma manufacturing industry.

• An ability to build working relationships and effective partnerships at all levels in the organization

• Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, organizational and planning skills

• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take on several projects at one time

• Basic computer skills (MS Office literate)

• Bachelors’ degree or similar relevant qualification.
