Team Horizon is seeking a R&D Data Analyst for a leading manufacturing company in Galway.
The company needs a data analyst who can deep dive into the data analysis of big data generated from Warranty systems and Manufacturing systems for early warning and NTF Projects.

What you will be doing:
· Support Warranty Team in documentation and reports.
· Responsible for reviewing early warning (FEW) Field Analysis.
· Support problem Solving for complex problems.
· Responsible for development of predictive models for deeper failure analysis of incoming claims.
· Responsible for the development of data mining and statistical methods to improve analysis.
· Responsible for the deep data analysis of NTF Projects this includes Warranty and manufacturing data.
· Responsible for the driving data analysis projects for specific regions.
· Responsible for training and developing scripts analysis for all the regions.
· All other duties as requested or assigned.
What you need to apply:
· A relevant Technical Engineering Degree e.g., Computer & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Data Analytics.
· Master’s degree in data Analytics will be an advantage.
· Computer literate in MS Office suite (Word,Excel) and Google suite (Gmail,Gdrive,Calender,sheets).
· Experience with Big data sorting, review & reporting.
· Knowledge of MiniTab desirable.
· Good working knowledge of SQL, Data Analysis with MS Access and Excel.
· 1-2 years of experience with data analysis, modeling and data reporting.
· Proven ability to use Excel to clean, transform and report data to development teams.
· Good working knowledge of Python.
Basic knowledge of mechatronics product and warranty systems desirable.
