- Team Horizon is seeking a NPI Project Manager for our Dublin based Client. In this role you provide technical support and program management to all manufacturing operations and NPI’s throughout the site. You will leads cross-functional teams both within the business including manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing science and technology, quality assurance, purchasing, and supply chain to execute the strategies for the development and supply of new products. You will also serve as a representative on Global Project Teams, Global Brand Teams, CR and PSR reviews.
What you will be doing:
Undertake site NPI and site projects in Technical Operations Department.
Adheres to and supports all EHS standards, procedures and policies.
Evaluate activities, timelines and resources necessary for development of new products.
Make recommendations and obtain approval from site and GPRD Program Management and other clients for plans for Development, CTS & Commercial supplies of new products.
Assist cross-functional teams in the execution of strategies for supply of development and clinical supply of new products.
Develop user requirement specifications, technical specifications and design specifications for projects.
Develop the project plan for the implementation, including the objectives of the project, costs of project, and the technology, facility, equipment, and human resource requirements of the project.
Supports supplier selection, technology transfers, capital expansions, regulatory filings, and building of launch supplies.
Report to leadership and key stakeholders the overall status of each project using dash boards and traffic light reports.
Establish the expectation and standards, and the supportive environment, to ensure that project teams and support personnel have the capability to meet performance expectations. This includes building capability by providing ongoing coaching and mentoring and providing timely recognition as well as performance feedback and counseling.
Maintain accountability for all project team performance metrics that support the annual operating plan and production objectives, including delivery inline with project charter with specific milestones.
Observe all safety and compliance procedures and actively highlight any safety concerns to help drive the reduction of accidents or near misses.

What you need to apply:
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Technical and/or Quality discipline is required
Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing, supply chain management, engineering, and/or drug development.
Experience in planning and executing projects.
Experience in leading international cross-functional teams.
Experience in influencing peers in other organizations and senior management.
The role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, results orientation, creativity, and strong communication skills, all within the pharmaceutical context, while upholding high ethical standards
This role is accountable for achieving long-term objectives, entails extensive collaboration, compliance, and alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
This role involves substantial decision-making authority and is crucial in shaping the organization's strategic direction through data-driven decision.
